We accept cash and the following card-based payments: debit, credit, HSA, FSA. Please note that the above services are FSA & HSA eligible, let us know if your plan requires a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).

We are out-of-network for all insurance companies and cannot directly submit billing or claims for reimbursement to your insurance carrier. Our full professional fee (and any administrative fees if applicable) are collected at the time of service.  

Prior to receiving services, we encourage you to directly contact your insurance company to check your specific plan details regarding mental health and out-of-network benefits, as coverage and reimbursement rates can vary.

At your request, we will provide a detailed invoice for the services you received and paid for called a “Superbill”. You would then submit it to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We cannot guarantee reimbursement for claims you submit.
