ADHD Treatment for Adults
You know what to do. The hard part is getting it done.
You feel like you work twice as hard as the people around you, only to see a fraction of the work done. You try your best to honor your commitments, follow through on your plans, and work effectively, but seem to find setbacks and frustrations around every corner. Maybe you’ve suspected—or been told by loved ones, friends, or co-workers— that they’re disappointed or that things are slipping through the cracks.
ADHD doesn’t have to keep getting in the way of what you’re capable of. Learn practical strategies to function more effectively, follow through, and get more from your day.
Adult ADHD and Related Concerns We Treat
We work with people diagnosed with adult ADHD*, as well as those experiencing persistent interfering patterns in areas like procrastination, disorganization, distractibility, difficulty with follow-through, time-management or managing competing demands in their everyday lives.
ADHD Therapy That Works
Our structured ADHD treatment program utilizes cognitive and behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you learn skill sets to address the real-life negative impacts you’re facing. We focus on building effective patterns of organization, planning, follow-through, time management, and on developing healthy responses to distractibility, interfering thoughts, and negative emotions.
What to Expect
The program includes 13 core sessions, each with a central focus that builds on what you’ve learned so far while introducing new strategies and opportunities to practice skills.
While the program follows a structured, evidence-informed framework, we’ll tailor the skills and application of the program to the areas where ADHD is affecting your life most—including work, education, relationships, finances, organization, and daily responsibilities.
*Confirmed diagnosis of ADHD is not required or provided for participation in this program. An interim diagnosis may be used for treatment purposes.
