Our Services
Psychological ConsultationPsychotherapy
After your consultation, if psychotherapy with us is recommended, we will collaborate with you to create a tailored treatment plan. Depending on your needs, therapy will start as weekly or biweekly sessions. Throughout your treatment course, we will monitor and review your progress together and update the plan as needed.
This psychological diagnostic evaluation is the first step in our process. We gather information about the changes you are looking to make, relevant aspects of your history, current symptoms, your health, strengths, and functioning in order to provide a diagnosis that we use to inform our recommendations and treatment planning.
Specialty Treatment Areas
Excessive anxiety can show up as panic, cycles of overthinking & overanalyzing, chronic worry, and avoidance. It can impact your health, your relationships, and your work. To cope, many people avoid activities they once enjoyed, avoid socializing, or put off important responsibilities, all in an effort to get rid of their anxiety or its distressing effects.
We use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), including exposure therapy, to help you face your worries and fears directly, learn how to cope with them more effectively, and reduce the avoidance behaviors that seemed to help in the short term but inevitably created collateral damage that impacts your quality of life.
These approaches are intended to help with conditions such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, anxiety related to adjusting to life stressors, panic disorders, and chronic anxiety/worry/overthinking.

Life Changes & Transitions
You’re facing or anticipating an important change or transition period and not certain about the best way to proceed, noticing excessive stress or anxiety/worry about what’s to come, leading to impacts on sleep, health, and decision‑making, including avoidance or fear of making the wrong choice. Alternatively, you may be living with an ongoing, stressful situation and feel you don’t have options.
We offer targeted interventions to reduce symptoms, strengthen coping, improve stress management, and for you to take advantage of opportunities for learning and growth. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, set practical goals, address barriers, and create a clear, actionable plan for change.
This approach is intended to help in situations such as: making health and wellness-related changes; adapting to new parenthood or parenting challenges; managing transitions in, or the potential ending of, a significant relationship or marriage; preparing for retirement.
If you are coping with ADHD*, we know that you want to honor your commitments, follow through on your plans, and work effectively. You’ve probably felt that you have to work twice as hard as the people around you but feel you get a fraction of the work done. You might have thought to yourself, or been told by loved ones, friends, or co-workers that things are slipping through the cracks.
Our structured adult ADHD treatment program utilizes cognitive and behavioral therapy to help you learn skill sets that address the negative impact of ADHD on organization, planning, follow through, procrastination, time management, thoughts, and emotions.
In this approach, each session has a central theme, reviews and reinforces the material to date and adds new information and skill building. Even though it is structured, we can tailor elements of the program to address impacted areas such as your education, work, relationships, finances, and more.
*Confirmed diagnosis of ADHD is not required or provided for participation in this program. An interim diagnosis may be used for treatment purposes.
